GENERAL PRINCIPLES

  1. For the owner of this website, the protection of users' personal data is an absolute priority. Every effort is made to ensure that users feel safe when entrusting their personal data while using the website.

  2. The User is a natural person, a legal person, or an entity without legal personality that has been granted legal capacity by law and that uses the electronic services available on the website.

  3. This Privacy Policy explains the principles and scope of processing of Users' personal data, the rights granted to the User and the obligations of the Administrator, and also provides information on the use of cookies.

  5. The use of the service requires processing of the Customer's personal data to the following extent: name and surname, telephone number, e-mail address, billing address. The data will be processed by WrapCampus to the extent necessary to conclude and execute the training contract. Transaction data, including personal data, may be transmitted to Stripe, PayPal or Klarna to the extent necessary to process payments. Customers have the right to access and correct the content of their data. Provision of data is optional but necessary in order to use the service.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

  1. The Administrator processes the User's personal data to correctly execute training service contracts concluded via the website www.wrapcampus.com.

  2. This means that data is needed in particular to:

    • allow registration on the website,

    • conclude contracts,

    • make payments,

    • provide the User with ordered training services.

  3. The User may also consent to receive information about news and promotions, which will also result in the processing of personal data by the Administrator for the purpose of sending commercial information.

  4. Personal data may also be processed for direct marketing of products and services, protection and collection of debts, protection against claims of the User or third parties, as well as own marketing purposes.

  1. For registration on the website:

    • first and last name,

    • e-mail address,

    • phone number.

  2. For the purchase of training services via the website:

    • first and last name,

    • billing address,

    • telephone number,

    • e-mail address,

    • VAT number (for companies).

  3. In the event of contract cancellation or accepted complaint with reimbursement made directly to the User's bank account, bank account number information may also be processed.

LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

  1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016).

  2. The Administrator processes personal data only after obtaining the User’s prior consent, expressed at the time of registration on the Website or upon confirmation of the transaction.

  3. Consent to the processing of personal data is optional, but its absence prevents registration on the website and making purchases.

USER RIGHTS

  1. The User may request information from the Administrator about the extent of the processing of his personal data at any time.

  2. The User may request the correction or rectification of their personal data at any time.

  3. The User may withdraw consent at any time, without giving any reason. Withdrawal of data processing consent for all purposes will result in the deletion of the User's account and data.

  4. The User may request the deletion of their data at any time, without giving any reason.

  5. The User may object to the processing of their personal data, either for all purposes or for a specific purpose.

  6. The User may request a limitation of the processing of their personal data, either for a specified period or without time limitation, but within a defined scope.

  7. The User may request the transfer of their personal data to another organisation. The Administrator will ensure the transfer after confirmation of such a request by the User.

  8. The Administrator will inform the User of the measures taken, within one month of receiving a request.

PERSONAL DATA STORAGE DURATION

  1. Personal data is kept only as long as necessary to fulfil contractual or legal obligations.

  2. Information relating to the contract is kept for evidentiary purposes for a period of three years from the end of the year in which commercial relations with the User ended.

  3. Archival information may also be retained in relation to possible claims by the User.

  4. If no contract has been concluded, data is kept until the User's account is deleted.

COMMUNICATION OF PERSONAL DATA TO OTHER ENTITIES

  1. The Administrator may entrust the processing of personal data to third parties cooperating with the Administrator, to the extent necessary for the execution of payments and commercial communication.
