CANCELLATION POLICY – WRAPCAMPUS.COM

GENERAL RULES

  1. By purchasing training through the website www.wrapcampus.com the Customer accepts the terms of this Cancellation Policy.

  2. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to orders@wrapcampus.com

  3. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the same payment method used by the Customer.

  4. Refunds are issued within 14 calendar days from the date the Seller confirms the cancellation.

REFUND CONDITIONS

The amount of refund depends on the time of cancellation prior to the scheduled training date:

  • More than 30 days before the training date: 100% refund.

  • 15 to 30 days before the training date: 70% refund.

  • 7 to 14 days before the training date: 40% refund.

  • 0 to 7 days before the training date: no refund.

REPLACEMENTS AND RESCHEDULING

  1. Instead of cancellation, the Customer may request to transfer their booking to another available training date, subject to availability and approval by the Seller.

  2. The Customer may also transfer their booking to another participant by notifying the Seller in writing no later than 7 days before the training.

  3. Any rescheduling or replacement must be confirmed by the Seller via email.

CANCELLATION BY THE SELLER

  1. The Seller reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a training in case of unforeseen circumstances, such as trainer illness, technical issues, or force majeure.

  2. In such cases, Customers will be offered either:

    • participation on a new date, or

    • a full refund of the paid fee.

  3. The Seller is not liable for any additional costs incurred by the Customer (such as travel or accommodation expenses) due to cancellation or rescheduling.

FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. All requests related to cancellations, rescheduling, or participant replacement must be sent to orders@wrapcampus.com

  2. This policy does not limit the Customer’s statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

  3. WrapCampus reserves the right to amend this Cancellation Policy, provided that changes will not affect confirmed bookings retroactively.
